Western Red Cedar is a natural wood product and will contain variations in color, grain, texture, knots, and character. Large cedar timbers naturally develop checks (cracks or splits) as they dry and acclimate to environmental conditions. Checking is normal, expected, and does not typically affect the structural integrity of the pavilion. Checks up to 1/2" wide may occur in larger timbers and are not considered defects.

Installation assumes reasonable access and standard site conditions. Additional charges may apply for unusual site conditions, utility conflicts, excessive slopes, demolition, permit requirements, engineering, or other unforeseen conditions.

HOA submittal assistance is included when required; however, HOA approval is not guaranteed. City permits, engineering, surveys, permit fees, inspections, and other jurisdictional requirements are not included unless specifically stated in writing.
